• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
• Invoice preparation and follow-up, financial statement reconciliation
• Updating internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Management and budgeting of cash flows
• Review effectiveness of internal controls for payment cycle
• Updating of cashbook and timely posting to General Ledger
• Assist in monthly closing of accounts and accounting journals preparation
• Handle general office administration matters
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
