Job summary

A local accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage a full set of accounts, prepare monthly sales and GST reports, and handle accounts receivable and payable. The ideal candidate has a diploma in accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in UBS and ability to communicate in Chinese are advantageous.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for two companies up to Balance Sheet.
• Prepare monthly sales report, bank reconciliation, payroll, and GST report.
• Manage AR and AP, prepare monthly debtor statement.

• Handle full set of Accounts for two companies up to Balance Sheet.
• Prepare Monthly Sales / Merchandise Report, bank reconciliation, filing, payroll, and GST Report.
• Manage AR and AP, prepare monthly Debtor Statement and arrange for payment to Suppliers and Beauty Salons.
• Prepare and calculate Monthly Bonus Commission for Beauty Salons.
• Handle of Petty cash, prepare Quotation and Purchase Order.
• Organize year end stock take and liaise with auditors for all tax matters.
• Prepare relevant reports for Director and auditors.

Requirement

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in UBS is an added advantage.
• Able to handle chinese speaking clients.
