Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a finance professional to support its Financial Accounting team. The role involves managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing GST workings, and supporting SAP migration tasks. The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Successful candidates will be organized team players capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years relevant experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and preparation of GST function.

Responsibilities

• Support invoicing, upload/enter invoices to customer portals and clear receipts.
• Follow up on invoice matching and postings.
• Extract data from Oracle and prepare GST workings for review.
• Support ad-hoc tasks as assigned for SAP project.
