Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Accounting Officer to support financial accounting and reporting within a multinational manufacturing environment.

You will handle GL journal entries, month-end closings and asset management with a focus on accuracy. The role requires IFRS/SFRS knowledge, SAP proficiency, strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently across functions. You will assist with audits, compliance, and process improvements while ensuring timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 4 to 6 years of relevant accounting or Finance experience.
• Manufacturing or multinational environment experience preferred, with at least 2 years exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support General Ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Prepare financial schedules, reports and supporting analysis for Finance review.
• Support HQ, management, budgeting, forecasting, year-end closing, statutory audit and other reporting requirements.
• Maintain fixed asset records and assist with CAPEX, CIP/WBS accounting and asset verification.
• Support inventory movement reconciliations and cross-functional inventory matters.
• Assist GST, tax, audit and internal control activities; liaise with auditors.
