Job summary

A consulting firm based in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional for the Accounts Receivable position. Responsibilities include overseeing billing coordination, managing supplier payments, and ensuring GST compliance. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accountancy, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations and effective communication skills are essential. Proficiency in working with cross-border operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Familiar with FRS 115 and experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Experience in cross-border financial operations with China HQ is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coordination with project teams on quotation and billing matters.
• Manage and approve supplier and subcontractor payment processes.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
