Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting functions, including journal entries, accruals, and bank reconciliations using ERP systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Handle corporate tax filings, GST submissions, and coordinate with external auditors.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in developing annual budgets and cash flow projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and operational dashboards.
• Handle corporate tax filings, GST submissions, and coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits.
• Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in developing annual budgets, periodic rolling forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes for greater efficiency.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and corporate headquarters.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and systems.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial reporting, preferably within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and data management.
