Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Audit background required; Big 4 experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Group consolidated financial statements in accordance with SFRS/IFRS.
• Draft statutory accounts and disclosures, ensuring compliance with SGX requirements.
• Review and analyze financial results from regional subsidiaries.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow planning.
• Coordinate and support half-year and year-end audits.
• Improve consolidation processes, reporting templates, and internal controls.
• Work closely with regional finance teams.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Accountant / Group Accountant with strong technical expertise in group consolidation, financial reporting, and audit under SFRS/IFRS to support our Group Finance function. The role involves preparing consolidated financial results, ensuring statutory compliance, and contributing to continuous process improvements across the Group.

This position offers regional exposure, collaboration with cross-functional and regional teams, and involvement in Group-level financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Group consolidated financial statements in accordance with SFRS/IFRS.

• Draft statutory accounts and disclosures, ensuring compliance with SFRS/IFRS and SGX requirements.

• Review and analyse financial results from regional subsidiaries.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cash flow planning.

• Coordinate and support half-year and year-end audits, liaising with external auditors.

• Improve consolidation processes, reporting templates, and internal controls.

• Work closely with regional finance teams and support junior finance staff.

• Participate in ad hoc and cross-functional projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting; ACCA / CA preferred.

• 3–5 years’ experience in group consolidation and financial reporting.

• Audit background required; Big 4 experience is an advantage.

• Strong technical expertise in group consolidation, financial reporting, and audit under SFRS/IFRS

• Proficient in MS Office.
