Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare invoice to the tenants and monthly statement to the property owners
• Keep track on debt collection and receivables
• Prepare and submit GST every quarter
• Manage and process purchase and expenses payments
• Prepare monthly financial closing and reporting, including reconciliation and schedules on a timely manner
• Prepare group consolidation
• Involve in financial statements preparation
• Involve in operational improvement plans and solutions
• Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc works assigned
