Job Responsibilities

• Accounting for construction work-in-progress and other project overheads
• Prepare monthly close process and the preparation of financial statements and management accounts
• Ensure proper documentations for financial and audit purpose
• Ensure proper accounting policies and procedures are in place
• Support cashflow forecast and cash management

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant - ACCA, CFA, ISCA or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of accounting working experience

• Able to work in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
