A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a finance professional to handle financial reporting, consolidation, and treasury operations. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting processes and strong technical accounting knowledge. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is essential for liaising with regional stakeholders. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, demanding strong analytical skills and independence.
We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-minded finance professional to take ownership of financial reporting, consolidation, and treasury operations across our REIT and related entities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment and enjoys working across the full finance spectrum — from numbers to strategy.
Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all entities.
Manage financial reporting processes — including review of accounting data, performance analysis, and audit coordination for the REIT Manager, REIT, and SPVs.
Handle cash flow management, funding needs, and payment processes, including bank account and distribution oversight.
Partner with internal teams, property managers, and external parties (company secretary, trustee, legal, and compliance) on regulatory filings, tax matters, and structuring activities.
Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions and enhance overall business performance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; ACCA/CA qualification preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in consolidation and financial reporting, ideally within REITs, real estate, or asset-heavy industries.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical mindset.
Independent, self-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines in a lean team environment.
Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with regional stakeholders and review documents.
