Job summary

A professional services firm is seeking an experienced accounting manager to lead financial activities for a portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems, particularly XERO. Responsibilities include preparing full accounts, processing payroll, and handling GST returns. This role requires a self-driven individual who is detail-oriented and can work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 or 4 years of experience in Accounting.
• Must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
• Self-driven and able to work within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts for assigned clients.
• Prepare GST/Withholding Tax returns and statutory yearly reporting.
• Perform full monthly payroll processing including maintaining HR master data.
