Job description

Responsibilities

1. Handle full spectrum of accounting matters including management reporting, taxation and monthly accounts closing
2. Preparation of group consolidation report
3. Liaise with auditors for statutory reporting and professional advisors on related matters
4. GST review and submission
5. Preparation of tax schedules and liaise with tax agent
6. Administer, implement and manage accounting process flow from time to time for optimised efficiency
7. Manages and resolves any complex accounting issues
8. Perform timely and accurate review for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for submission to management within stipulated timeline
9. Billing and account payable/receivable
10. CPF submission and CPF board audit
11. Bank reconciliation
12. Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers

Requirements

• Min 5 years of working experience in accounting role
• Able to manage full set of accounts
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
• Accounting experience in the construction sector will be an advantage
• Communication in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associate)
