JOB DESCRIPTION

A Singapore firm in the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) industry is currently looking for a Senior Accountant to join their team.

Reporting to the manager, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for group consolidation of about 7 entities, preparing consolidated financial statement, annual budgeting and forecasting, reviewing monthly accounting data, prepare asset performance analysis, reviewing the monthly accounting entries for the entities, cash management and treasury, company secretarial financing matters, tax compliance, and will be responsible to liaise with auditors for the entities audit.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting
• ACCA is good to have
• Previous hands-on experience with consolidation
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience as external auditor is good to have
