Role Summary

As a Management Associate, you will undergo comprehensive training and gain exposure to various aspects of our business. You will work closely with senior management and different departments to develop skills and knowledge essential for a successful career in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Account Management. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 2-6 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Participate in sales and marketing activities, including market research, lead generation, and campaign execution.
  • Support the account management team in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal preparation.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their functions and contribute to cross-functional projects.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to develop relevant skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in any of the following areas: Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Account Management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or project experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Account Management.
  • Familiarity with CRM, software and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
