A leading robotics company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to oversee day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in finance, preferably within manufacturing or robotics sectors. Reporting to the VP Finance (Deputy CFO), the Finance Manager / Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting across Eureka’s entities.
This role will support group consolidation, process improvements, and system integration as the company scales post–Series B.
In addition, the role will involve taking on ad-hoc tasks, special projects, and new scopes of responsibility as the business continues to evolve. This may include cross-functional initiatives, process transformation, and support for strategic and operational decision-making.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in manufacturing, robotics, or engineering sectors.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑entity consolidation and cross‑border accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and audit coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Xero, NetSuite, Business Central).
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multicultural teams.
