A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is looking for a Senior Account Executive / Account Manager. The role involves processing invoices, managing cash flow, and providing administrative support. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with half day on Saturdays.

Job description

• Position title : Senior Account Executive / Account Manager
• Location: West Area
• Working Days: 5. 5 days Mon - Fri; Sat half day
• Working hours : 9am -6pm | 9am - 1pm
• Salary : $3,000 - $4,500 depending on qualification and experience

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and ensure accuracy in billing.
• Amend and update invoices when required (e.g., pricing adjustments, customer information, credit notes).
• Issue Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) when necessary.
• Manage company cash flow and maintain proper financial records.
• Handle cash collections from the delivery team.
• Perform daily banking-in of cash and reconciliation.
• Attend to incoming calls and provide general administrative support.
• Liaise with HQ on all accounting and finance-related matters.
• Prepare monthly statements and reports for management review.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Assist in month-end closing activities.
• Support audit requirements by preparing necessary documents.
• Handle petty cash claims and reimbursement processes.
• Undertake ad hoc administrative or finance-related duties as required.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive.
• Diploma or A-Level qualification.
