Job summary

A telecommunications company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive / Accounts Executive to manage accounts and financial reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounting and a degree in the relevant field. This role offers a salary of $3,000 - $4,000, with a variable bonus based on performance. The position is fully onsite, located at Jurong East MRT.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience managing full set of accounts.
  • Willing to work in an SME environment with a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor accounts receivable collection and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable process, payments, reconciliations, and Statement of Accounts.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and maintain daily cash management.
  • Maintain bookkeeping using QuickBooks.
  • Prepare reconciliations for General Ledger accounts.
  • Prepare management accounts.
  • Prepare and submit GST returns.
  • Handle general office administrative duties.
  • Assist with other ad hoc duties as assigned.
