Job summary
A leading marine and oilfield services company in Singapore is hiring for an Accounts Executive. The role involves managing the company's full set of accounts, assisting in daily accounting duties, performing data entry, and preparing reports. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, be proficient in ERP systems, and have strong interpersonal skills. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge in consolidation advantageous.
- Must be proficient with computer and ERP systems.
- Bilingual skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily duties in the accounts department.
- Perform account data entry and maintain bank book.
- Handle company's full set of accounts including Balance Sheet.
- Prepare GST reports and monitor cash flow.
- Reconcile payables and receivables accounts.
- Conduct weekly debtors analysis for management.

Job Description
- Assist in daily duties in the accounts department
- Perform account data entry, maintain bank book, issue statement of account
- Handle company’s full set of accounts including Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement
- Preparation of GST reports
- Monitor company’s cash flow
- Reconcile of payables and receivables GL accounts
- Monitor of all various type of collection
- Weekly detailed debtors analysis for Management review
- Bi-monthly Tour Receivable Reconciliation to ensure that all disputes/refunds can be made as soon as possible
- Verify of all day-to-day payments madeExtraction of data from current ERP System
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirement
- LCCI/ACCA or Diploma/Degree
- Min LCCI or equivalent with 5 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge in consolidation advantageous
- Must be computer literate and some experience in ERP system
- Billingual and good interpersonal skills
- Remuneration shall commensurate based on experience
- Short notice shall be advantageous
