A local accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts for multiple companies. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 2 years' relevant experience. Job description

Responsibilities

• Must be able to handle Full Set of Accounts independently for 3 companies
• Handle accounts receivable and issue invoices timely
• Perform day-to-day accounting activities, maintain records & data entry
• Perform month-end closing
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monthly/annual stock count
• Compile and analyse financial information for Manager review
• GST preparation & submission
• Familiar with the use of AutoCount system
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
