Job summary

hudsonmanpower seeks an experienced 45 MN Press Operator to run a high-capacity forging press and monitor critical production parameters in a heavy forging environment.

The role requires 6+ years of forging press experience, a mechanical engineering qualification or equivalent, and a mandatory press operation certification. You will ensure product quality, maintain logs, and coordinate with the production team while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification (Mechanical preferred).
• Press Operation Certification mandatory.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in forging press operations.
• Experience operating heavy forging press machines.
• Strong understanding of forging process and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate 45 MN forging press machine.
• Monitor pressure, temperature, and production parameters.
• Ensure proper forging process as per specifications.
• Inspect forged components for defects.
• Coordinate with crane operators and production team.
• Maintain production logs and machine records.
• Follow safety standards and operational procedures.
• Report equipment issues and support maintenance activities.
