Job summary

A prominent technology firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional for a Level 2 support role. Responsibilities include managing operational and application support for production systems, incident management, and patch management. Qualifications

• 5+ years in Level 2 support for 24x7 production.
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Proven experience managing P1/P2 incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and application support for production systems.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management.
• Perform patch and configuration management for RHEL & Windows servers.
• Conduct root cause analysis and document findings.
