Experienced Teacher – Special Educational Needs (SEN), Psychology and Vocational Training

The GUILD International College is seeking dedicated and experienced teachers with a strong background in Special Educational Needs (SEN), Psychology and Vocational Education to join our dynamic and inclusive team.

We are an international college catering to students aged 18 years and above, offering a unique blend of academic, therapeutic and vocational pathways designed to prepare neurodiverse learners for independence, further education and meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students’ individual learning profiles.
  • Support the development of life, social and vocational skills through experiential and project-based learning.
  • Integrate wellbeing, strengths based and psychology-informed strategies into classroom practice.
  • Work collaboratively with therapists, counsellors, and support staff to ensure holistic student development.
  • Contribute to transition planning and community-based learning opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, Special Education or a related field.
  • Experience teaching or supporting students with diverse learning needs, preferably in an international or inclusive school setting.
  • Sound understanding of SEN practices, differentiated instruction, strengths based and trauma-informed or wellbeing-centred approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in vocational training, employability skills or life-skills education will be highly valued.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior work in an international school environment.
  • Familiarity with therapeutic or experiential learning models.
  • Commitment to inclusion, innovation, and lifelong learning.
