Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte Ltd seeks a Yield Enhancement Physical Failure Analysis Technician to provide physical failure analysis for next-generation Micron products. You will identify failure mechanisms, perform root cause analysis, and support transfer of FA processes into production.

The role requires hands-on experience with FIB, SEM, TEM, and associated analysis techniques, plus collaboration across multidisciplinary teams within the YE-PFA group.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EFA engineering for quick identification of visual defects.
• Innovate ways to improve work efficiency and visualize root causes.
• Interpret and summarize data; present to engineers both verbally and in writing.
• Build and improve techniques; identify new failure mechanisms.
• Test new processes and evaluate techniques to boost productivity.
• Own PFA tools to maintain maximum uptime.
