Job summary

JTE Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Technician for our client in Singapore. The role involves performing preventive maintenance on semiconductor tools and assisting with heavy machinery parts installation and replacement at an on-site Tampines facility.

The position requires a minimum ITE in a relevant field and at least 1 year of technician experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry. You will work 6–8 hours daily in a cleanroom environment, with an emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• ITE certificate in a relevant field.
• At least 1 year of technician experience, preferably in semiconductor industry.
• Ability to work 6–8 hours daily in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on semiconductor tools.
• Follow procedures for installation and replacement of heavy machinery parts.
• Conduct daily 6S workplace audits.
• Assist with minor/major preventive maintenance, tube cleaning, main heater replacement, and related logistics tasks.
• Perform sub-fab audits, including tool health checks (e.g., UPS, scrubbers).
