Job summary

PERSOL in Singapore is seeking a shift-based technician/operator to support semiconductor equipment handling and maintenance at the Woodlands location. The role requires flexibility for day and night shifts and adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.

You will be involved in reticle transfers, chemical bottle replacements, and data collection to drive process improvements while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum "O" Levels or above / Engineering related qualifications.
• Open to work shift hours.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Remove and place reticles from tool to tool.
• Replace chemical bottles as needed.
• Consolidate and collect data for number of reticle/jig moves for improvement actions.
• Maintain good housekeeping in work and support areas.
• Ensure and follow good safety practices and safe custody of tools and equipment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
