Job summary

UST Malaysia in Singapore is seeking a QA/Test Engineer to validate test rejects and support reliability readouts for semiconductor electronics.

You will conduct engineering experiments, collect data, and generate GRnR and parametric reports; participate in complete validation activities and basic loadboard debugging.

Fresh graduates may apply; 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred; knowledge of Delta matrix handler and ATE V93k tester is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in semiconductor electronics or related field.
• Experience with Delta matrix handler and ATE V93k tester.
• 1–5 years of semiconductor electronics experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Validation/buyoff of test rejects for qual.
• Reliability readouts support.
• Engineering experiments/data collection.
• Report generation for GRnR, parametric test distribution summary.
• Complete validation and defined engineering experiments.
• Basic debug of loadboard components.
