Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in any Engineering discipline required.
• Min 2 years' work experience in engineering/semiconductor field.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with probe card and process engineers to troubleshoot problems.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain records of maintenance, tests and troubleshooting steps.
• Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.
• Support process improvements and cross-functional resolution of issues.
• Report equipment failures and quality concerns to engineers.
