Job summary

RecruitFirst is hiring a Production Technician for a 12-hour fixed shift role in Woodlands Height, Singapore. Salary up to SGD 3,500 per month, depending on experience. Working days: 4/3/3/4.

You will interpret drawings, assemble machines, and ensure safety and quality across production lines. Responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical controls, inspecting assemblies, and participating in cross-training across product families.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industries.

Production Technician - Transport Provided

Location: Woodlands Height
Working Days: 4/3/3/4 (fixed shift 12hours AM or PM shift - Can Choose)
Salary: Up to $3,500 (depending on experience)

Job Duties:

• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow all safety protocols.


• Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and manufacturing manuals to assemble machines accurately.


• Troubleshoot electrical controls using tools such as multimeters and amp meters.


• Plan and execute assembly procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.


• Assemble complex mechanical units requiring precision alignment, calibration, and skilled workmanship.


• Inspect parts and sub-assemblies for dimensional accuracy and proper finish.


• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.


• Participate in cross-training and skill development across product families.


• Complete required certifications within specified timelines to support operational excellence.


• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
