Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Process Mechanical Technician in Singapore to maintain critical semiconductor process equipment and support wafer manufacturing operations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical systems, and work with engineers and production teams to ensure equipment reliability.

The role requires hands-on mechanical maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a cleanroom environment

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 1–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance, manufacturing, or the semiconductor industry.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor process and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems to minimize equipment downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections, calibrations, and equipment health checks.
• Support installation, modification, and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
• Assist in equipment improvement projects to enhance machine reliability and productivity.
• Perform mechanical alignment, replacement of wear parts, and precision adjustments.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Process Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Production teams to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and company quality standards.
