Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a manufacturing technician to support daily production by operating equipment and performing part/process conversions with validated recipes. You will train operators using SOPs and collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to resolve line issues.

The role involves root-cause analysis for defects, inventory management, and routine maintenance while working in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

Nitec in Engineering, Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in Semiconductor/PCB/substrate manufacturing is advantageous.
Knowledge of MES & ERP is a plus.
Able to work in Cleanroom with PPE (Cleansuit, etc.).
Willing to work 12-hour day/night shifts and overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment & task operations in support of daily production runs.
Perform part/process conversion with validated recipes and parameter-setting during start-up and mass production.
Train Manufacturing operators with the use of SOPs and WIs.
Communicate and work with Manufacturing & Engineering stakeholders to resolve line issues timely.
Conduct primary investigations and root cause analysis for process/output defects.
Manage the inventory level of raw material, chemical and machinery consumables on the shopfloor.
Perform precision measurement analysis with pre-set limits and tolerances.
Perform periodic preventive maintenance tasks for equipment.
Perform manual chemical analysis for relevant processes.
Undertake assigned duties/responsibilities as required.
