Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in field service or semiconductor equipment maintenance.
• Reading electromechanical schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, calibrations, and repairs on semiconductor tools.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and rebuild electromechanical assemblies.
• Execute equipment hardware and software modifications under field engineers.
• Adhere to safety standards and cleanroom guidelines.
• Document daily incident statuses and support on-call rotations.
