Job summary
ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform PM on semiconductor equipment and assist with installation, replacement, and servicing of components.
The role involves handling heavy parts and maintaining thorough documentation in a cleanroom environment. You will conduct daily 6S audits, monitor supporting systems like UPS and scrubbers, and participate in on-site training to build technical knowledge.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 1–2 years in semiconductor equipment maintenance or engineering support.
- Experience in a cleanroom environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Support installation, replacement, and servicing of machinery components, including handling heavy parts.
- Assist in PM activities, including tube cleaning and heater replacement.
- Conduct daily 6S workplace audits for safety and housekeeping.
- Perform sub-fab inspections and monitor UPS and scrubbers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and inventory usage.
- Participate in on-site training programs to develop technical competency and equipment knowledge.
