Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for semiconductor production equipment at customer fabs.
• Provide prompt troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead installation, conversion, and retrofit projects, including system startup and qualification.
• Conduct technical training for engineers and customers on system operation and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or process engineering.
• Strong hands‑on capability with complex system troubleshooting and on‑site problem resolution.
• Experience with AMAT CVD systems (Producer, HDP, DxZ, WxZ) or Novellus systems (Sequel, Speed, Altus) highly preferred.
• Familiarity with AMAT Endura platform is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a global service team.
