Job description

Normal Office Hour ;Monday -Friday 5 days week

Job

• To ensure Thin Flim PVD equipment performance by maintaining and problem solving & troubleshooting.
• To improve equipment reliability to identify and resolve equipment issues, implement preventive maintenance and upgrades.
• Able to collaborate with production team to ensure meets production requirements.
• Perform line sustaining job function on set-up, conversion and equipment repair to support production loading.
• Develop creative and innovative solutions to problems with considerable initiatives and independent thoughts.
• Communicate with Associate Engineers / Technical Specialist and external vendors to resolve problems.
• Proactively identify problems as well as areas for yield and quality improvements and develop methods to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost.
• In-charge of metallization equipment and process knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE).
