Self Storage Specialist (Customer Service)

We are currently looking for a Self Storage Specialist (Customer Service) to join our sales and operations support team to:

  • Answer customer enquiries / queries effectively, professionally, and timely
  • Ensure facility is well maintained
  • Meet costs plus sales & payment collection targets
  • Prepare license agreement to customers
  • Prepare monthly reports to management
  • Perform all other roles as instructed by our Operations Manager
Team Player Qualities

We are looking for a team player who is:

  • Pro-active, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Good at interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Both independent and customer service oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English. Additional language skills are an added advantage
  • Experience is preferred; those with 2 years of experience in a similar role would be considered for a Senior role
