Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level holder (GCE 'N' Level holder with aptitude may be considered).
• Certified WSQ competent as Security Officer in accordance with PWM framework.
• Preferably with ACLP or ACTA.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the effectiveness of training sessions through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to participants throughout their training journey, addressing questions, concerns, and challenges as they arise.
• Stay abreast of developments in various industries, including emerging trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
