Job summary

Lightverse Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, and oversee security system projects from installation through testing, commissioning, and system programming in line with established standards.

You will drive project success by delivering on schedule and budget, ensuring technical specifications are met, and maintaining high client satisfaction. Collaboration with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams is essential to meet milestones and quality

Qualifications

Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
At least 2 years of project management experience in security systems.
Strong knowledge of ELV, CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage project activities to ensure successful delivery within the approved schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Liaise closely with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved and all technical requirements are met.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by responding promptly to issues, resolving escalations effectively, and acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project performance to ensure the proposed solutions are delivered as planned, costs remain within budget, timelines are met, and quality and client satisfaction standards are consistently achieved.
Coordinate and supervise project team members by assigning responsibilities, managing resources, and scheduling work to support successful project execution.
Ensure comprehensive documentation is maintained to support project monitoring and performance assessment.
Perform any additional duties as assigned.
