Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the Security Guard House and lead a team of Security Officers.

You will respond to alarms, conduct investigations, perform regular patrols, monitor CCTV, and manage access to restricted areas to maintain a secure environment. The role requires a valid PLRD Security Supervisor license, WSQ/NSRS certifications, and the ability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' Level or equivalent qualification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Security Supervisor role.
• A valid PLRD Security Supervisor license is required.
• Hold WSQ/NSRS security certifications.
• Strong leadership, communication and incident management skills.
• Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.

• Authorize entry of Club members and guests.
• Ensure security equipment and inventories are maintained.
• Report incidents to Executive (Security) and Manager (Facilities).

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Security Guard House.
• Respond promptly to fire alarms, security breaches, and other incidents by conducting investigations and taking appropriate action.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, buildings, and designated areas to prevent and detect unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any security concerns or irregular incidents.
• Manage traffic flow and control access to restricted areas.
• Operate and maintain both automatic and manual parking barriers.
• Supervise and lead a team of Security Officers to ensure effective security operations.
• Monitor and authorize the entry of Club members and their legitimate guests to maintain a secure environment.
• Ensure all security equipment and inventories are properly accounted for and maintained in good working condition.
• Report incidents, emergencies, damages, and any involvement of external authorities (e.g., Police, Fire Services, Ambulance) to the Executive (Security) and Manager (Facilities).
