Key Responsibilities
- Ensure team officers perform their tasks effectively and efficiently
- Conduct regular patrols of carpark premises and check on staff performances
- Respond to and supervise responses to all emergencies such as power failure, equipment breakdown, etc. within the carpark
- Enforcement of current authorities rules and regulations, such as 'No Smoking' in covered premises
- Respond to and supervise responses to all fire and security alarm activations in the car park premises
- To be in line with the company's procedures and policies
- Investigate and report all security breaches and building defects at car parks immediately
- Supervise and ensure driveway orderliness
- Conduct briefings and training programs to ground officers on car park operations
- Administer all aspects of car park operations and supporting the events held at the hotels
- Enforcing workplace safety & health policies and procedures
- Handling unruly and violent behaviours
- Assist on lots closure to facilitate for smooth process on maintenance and repair to the various facilities rooms in car park, such as ejector pump maintenance, ceiling repair etc
- Provide good service standards and service recovery
- Act as liaison between LTA, SPF, SCDF on events for security arrangements and traffic advisories
- Perform administrative tasks such as data collection and data analysis, daily accounting of cheques received etc
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors, which are deemed necessary for the holistic discharge of the responsibilities of the appointment
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience
- Possess knowledge of the traffic regulations and must have a comprehensive understanding of car park equipment and technology
- Ability to juggle priorities and deliver excellent customer service in fast moving customer facing environment
- Good interpersonal skills and the passion to serve others
- Exhibits initiative, proactive in assisting the customers and good interpersonal skills
- Committed to customer care, diplomatic and remaining calm in confrontational situations
- Au fait with the Electronic Parking System & Parking Guiding System
- Flexible approach towards various working patterns
- Good observational skills required
- Competent in the management of car park operations
- Ability to interface with clients and customers internally and externally
- Previous management experience of third party contract providers
- Strong working knowledge of all relevant health and safety legislation and policies
