A local property management firm in Singapore is looking for a Security Manager to oversee daily security operations, ensuring the safety of property assets, employees, and guests. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of security experience, knowledge of emergency procedures, and strong adherence to safety policies. This role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on employee satisfaction and risk management.
JOB SUMMARY
Manages security/loss prevention operations on a daily basis. Areas of responsibilities include protection of property assets, employees, guests and property, accident and fire prevention and response. Ensures that all areas of the property are safe and secure. Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department.
Safety and Security
Educational /Academic Requirements : O Levels School, Diploma or Equivalent in any discipline.
Experience : At least 2-3 year of security experience.
