Job summary

A leading security firm in Singapore is looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee and lead a team of officers, manage duty rosters, and ensure safety protocols are in place. Candidates must hold a valid PLRD license and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience. This role requires shift work, including weekends and public holidays, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of security officers across both gates.
• Plan duty rosters and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems from the MCR (Gate B).
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises and sensitive areas.
• Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain security logs.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to security staff.
• Liaise with management, law enforcement, and contractors on security matters.

Job Requirements

• Valid PLRD Security Supervisor / Senior Security Officer license.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in security operations.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
