As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises in the Jurong West West Region. What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers on site to ensure effective implementation of security protocols and procedures
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections to monitor the security of the premises and identify any potential risks or issues
• Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring appropriate actions are taken in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of security activities, incidents, and reports
• Liaise with clients, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to address security concerns and ensure seamless coordination
• Provide training and guidance to security officers to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and risk management strategies

What we're looking for

• At least 1 years of experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the security industry
• Strong understanding of security practices, procedures, and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and make timely decisions in emergency situations
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform regular patrols
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Relevant security certifications or training (e.g., WSQ security courses) are highly desirable
