Security Supervisor
  • Lead and supervise a team of security officers, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Schedule and coordinate security staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage.
  • Develop and implement security plans and strategies to safeguard people, property, and assets.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Enforce security policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ensure that security staff comply with established guidelines and protocols.
  • Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms promptly.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and emergency services as needed.
  • Oversee the operation of surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras.
  • Monitor security cameras and alarms to detect and respond to suspicious activities.
  • Provide ongoing training for security staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular drills and exercises to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, investigations, and daily activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of security-related events.
  • Manage access control systems, including monitoring and regulating entry and exit points.
  • Implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
  • Act as a point of contact for security-related inquiries.
  • Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Develop and update emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by supervisor/management.
Job Requirements
