Primo Guards Pte Ltd, a leading security services provider in Singapore, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises in the Jurong West West Region. What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of security officers on site to ensure effective implementation of security protocols and procedures
2. Conduct regular patrols and inspections to monitor the security of the premises and identify any potential risks or issues
3. Respond to and manage security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, ensuring appropriate actions are taken in a timely and professional manner
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of security activities, incidents, and reports
5. Liaise with clients, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders to address security concerns and ensure seamless coordination
6. Provide training and guidance to security officers to enhance their skills and knowledge
7. Assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and risk management strategies

What we're looking for

2. Strong understanding of security practices, procedures, and regulations
