Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security Singapore is seeking self-motivated security professionals to join our on-site team in Singapore. You will operate CCTV surveillance, access control, and intrusion detection systems, respond to alarms, and report incidents to management.

A NITEC or higher and PLRD Security licence are preferred; training is provided for candidates without qualifications. Strong English, MS Office skills, and the ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• NITEC certification or higher is required or preferred.
• PLRD Security licence (PWM grade) is an added advantage.
• Training will be provided for candidates who do not have the necessary qualification.
• Candidates with Command Center experiences will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and good command of English is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CCTV surveillance system, Access Control system, Intrusion Detection System and other physical security systems.
• Respond to security system alarms and fault indicators per protocol and SOPs.
• Report all incidents to management in an accurate manner.
• Support and respond to security incidents and suspicious activity on site and escalate per standard protocol and SOPs.
• Be fully acquainted with all emergency procedures.
• Handle notification calls from staff for access into substations.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by Team Leader and/or Reporting Officer.
