Immediate Hiring: Security Officer / Senior Security Officer (Healthcare Setting)

Location: West/Singapore

Join a dedicated team committed to providing a safe, secure, and patient-friendly environment. We are looking for responsible and service-oriented Security Officers to support daily operations and ensure the safety and comfort of all patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily deployment duties and assigned tasks across various duty points within the premises.

• Greet and provide a welcoming experience to all incoming and outgoing visitors

• Assist with the opening/closing of vehicle doors at the front lobby and support arriving or departing vehicles.

• Provide proactive help to patients and visitors, including wheelchair and trolley assistance.

• Offer directional guidance, assist in taxi-call services, and support wheelchair/portering coordination.

• Ensure smooth flow of traffic on hospital roads and carparks, including taxi flow coordination.

• Support the efficient management of carpark operations.

• Administer key and card access control, contractor pass issuance, and related administrative duties.

• Conduct CCTV monitoring, reviews, and recordings when required.

• Respond to incidents including fire alarms, emergency activations, and Code Black triggers (e.g., violent patients, crowd control, suicide risks, crime-related situations).

• Perform regular internal and external foot patrols to maintain a secure environment.

• Assist Senior Security Officers/Supervisors in deployment and operational management when assigned as 2nd I/C.

• Provide security support for ad-hoc scenarios such as VIP visits, events, and emergency situations.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Requirements

• Valid Security Licence (PLRD).

• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

• Physically fit and able to perform patrols and operational duties.

• Prior experience in a hospital or high-traffic environment is an advantage.

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
