Job summary

Reachfield Security and Safety Management Pte Ltd. seeks a Security Officer to operate in an office-building environment at Outram/Buona Vista. You will handle traffic control, issue passes, patrol premises, and protect clients’ premises and access points. PC skills and a valid security license (WSQ RTT) are required.

The role emphasizes strong customer service and the ability to communicate with people at all levels while maintaining security standards in a fixed, 12-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• 12hrs-shift (Fixed shift, no need to rotate).
• PC knowledge required.
• Possess valid security license, completed WSQ RTT.
• Good customer service skills; able to communicate with people of all levels.
• Traffic control, issue visitors/ contractor passes, patrolling, protecting clients’ premises and access control.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and safeguard client premises and assets.
• Manage access control and issue visitor/ contractor passes.
• Coordinate with client staff and respond to incidents as needed.
