Qualifications

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• PLRD Security Officer license (preferred).
• Prior security/guarding experience is advantageous.
• Able to operate CCTV and prepare basic incident reports.
• Good observation and calm response during emergencies.
• Basic computer literacy for report writing and CCTV monitoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends/nights.
• Physically fit and able to conduct prolonged patrols.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and promptly report suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of people, property, and assets.
• Maintain a visible security presence and prevent unauthorized activities.
• Manage access by verifying identities and ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, alarms, and accidents per procedures.
• Record and report all incidents and daily activities in security logs.
• Assist in emergency evacuations and coordinate with emergency services.
• Enforce security policies, safety regulations, and SOPs.
• Report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or suspicious behavior to supervisor.
• Perform other security-related duties as assigned.
