Job summary

The MCST Plan No.1143 is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to join our frontline team at a location next to Havelock MRT Station. You will conduct routine patrolling, clocking, and incident recording to maintain safety and order on site.

Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, handling disorderly conduct, monitoring CCTV, and supporting smooth traffic flow. A PLRD security license and WSQ modules are required; weekend shifts are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to communicate and write simple English for recording daily incidents.
• Possess valid security license registered with PLRD.
• Completed WSQ Security modules: Handle Security Incidents, Patrol Services, Recognise Threat, Operate Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Routine patrolling and clocking to ensure safety and security.
• Respond to emergency incidents at site.
• Manage disorderly conduct and threatening behaviour.
• Observe, inspect, and report hazards.
• Monitor CCTV and manage driveways for smooth traffic flow.
• Crowd control as required.
