Job summary

CCD (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is hiring a security officer to monitor access control, manage visitor and contractor entries, and oversee perimeter safety. You will patrol premises, check for hazards, and respond to alarms and incidents.

The role requires at least 2 years in security, PLRD certification, and basic English literacy. Non-executive candidates with security backgrounds are preferred. Attractive allowances are provided.

Qualifications

• PLRD certificate or equivalent.
• Able to read and write simple English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a security/protective services role.
• Preferably non-executives with security background.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry for contractors using facial recognition to ensure safety and compliance.
• Verify and manage entry/exit of visitors and vendors using a visitor management system.
• Access control, identification & verification; check driver IDs and verify documents.
• Vehicle access control; operate entrance gate, barrier and traffic management.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
• Perform basic checks for defects and report safety issues to management.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents, alarms, or suspicious activities.
• Enforce factory rules and regulations.
• Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and defect reports.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

• Verify and manages the entry and exit of visitors and vendors using a visitor management system.

• Access Control, Identification & verification; Check driver IDs and verify authorized documentation.

• Vehicle access control; Operate entrance gate, barrier and traffic management to control the flow of vehicles.

• Conduct regular patrol of our premises.

• Perform basic checks for defects (lights, doors, locks, cleanliness, safety hazards) and report issues to Management.

• Monitor CCTV and respond promptly to incidents, alarms, or suspicious activities.

• Enforce factory rules and regulations.

• Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and defect reports.

• Other ad-hoc by company.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess PLRD

• Able to write and read simple English.

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services
